To register for a certification or online examination, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full name and email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.

3. Pricing

All certification fees and related charges displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable fee shall be the price displayed at the time of successful registration and payment.

4. Payment

Full payment must be completed prior to accessing or scheduling any certification examination. Once payment has been successfully processed and examination access is granted, fees paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

AIMRAI SMART reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any registration or examination under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • • Technical or system-related issues affecting examination delivery or pricing
  • • Non-availability or withdrawal of a certification program
  • • Payment irregularities or suspected fraudulent activity

Any refunds, where applicable, shall be governed strictly by AIMRAI SMART published refund policy.

6. Examination Access and Proctoring

All certification examinations are conducted exclusively online and may be subject to AI-enabled remote proctoring. Candidates agree to comply with all examination rules, identity verification requirements and monitoring procedures.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All examination content, certification materials, assessment frameworks and digital credentials are the exclusive intellectual property of AIMRAI SMART. Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms

AIMRAI SMART reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes may be communicated to registered users through reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
